The nationally renowned MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute is bringing physical therapy services to our Broadway and Bedford locations. Find out more about our convenient locations for your rehabilitation needs.

The nationally renowned MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute is further expanding its outpatient services into the community, bringing top-rated care closer to home for more patients.

In June, MetroHealth started offering adult physical therapy outpatient services at its Broadway Health Center (6835 Broadway Ave., Cleveland). In August, MetroHealth’s Bedford Medical Offices (19999 Rockside Road, Bedford) will begin offering outpatient physical therapy for adults as well as outpatient pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.

The expansion is in response to the growing demand for the outstanding care provided by the Rehabilitation Institute team, which U.S. News & World Report rates as one of the best in the nation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury and spinal cord injury.

“Our therapists help our patients reach their goals,” said Richard Wilson, MD, Chair of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). “They work with patients whose cases are medically complex and are often made even more complex because of the social barriers they face. Our clinicians have authored chapters in textbooks, and they present at national conferences every year. They are extremely talented at what they do. And, most importantly, they care very deeply for the well-being of our patients.”

The Broadway location offers adult therapy for orthopaedics, pain, musculoskeletal weakness, sports injuries and post-operative rehab. In addition to providing adult therapy for orthopaedics, pain, weakness and dizziness, the Bedford site will be MetroHealth’s first east side location for comprehensive pediatrics outpatient therapy.

In addition to the new location, outpatient therapy services are offered at:
