Pharmacy Services

If you’re looking for a new pharmacy, we wanted to let you know how easy it is to transfer your prescriptions. Our pharmacy services are available to everyone – including people who are not MetroHealth patients.

At MetroHealth Pharmacy, you can expect:

  • Convenience – Your prescriptions can be picked up at one of our 11 retail pharmacies, or your medications can be delivered to your home within a few days at no additional cost to you. If your need is urgent, MH Deliver Today offers home delivery in less than three hours. Our pharmacies also carry over-the-counter options – from skin care products to pain relievers and allergy medicine.
  • Appointments for immunizations – including Flu, COVID-19, Pneumonia, Shingles, Hepatitis A&B, HPV, Meningitis, Rabies and Tetanus – are available at all retail pharmacies on a walk-in or scheduled basis.
  • Safety – We offer compliance packaging, which means your medication can come to you already sorted into easy-to-use packets according to the time of day and frequency of doses, making it easier to take your prescriptions correctly.

The MetroHealth Pharmacy is connected to your MyChart electronic medical record, so you can order refills online through your account. You can transfer your prescriptions from outside pharmacies through MyChart or by calling 216-957-MEDS (6337).

If you have any questions or would like more information about Pharmacy Services, call 216-957-MEDS (6337) or visit metrohealth.org/pharmacy.
