It’s easy to find opportunities to feed your mind and body. Fill up your week with one healthy activity each day – many can be found right in your neighborhood!

Sunday: Start your work week off right by calming the mind. Try a 10-minute meditation or 30-minute yoga class – guided mediations and free classes can be found online.

Monday: Celebrate “Meatless Mondays” by embracing a vegetarian meal. You can find locally grown produce at one of the many Cleveland farmers markets.

Tuesday: Strap on your bike helmet and take a ride down a nearby bike path, or along the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath.

Wednesday: Enjoy your hump day by taking a leisurely stroll around the block, or an afternoon hike at a nearby Metropark.

Thursday: Take your favorite book and read in the quietest place in your house. If you live near the heart of Cleveland, you can sit and read in the Eastman Garden.

Friday: Go camping in your own backyard! Pitch a tent and lay out sleeping bags in your yard, leave the electronics inside and unwind under the stars.

Saturday: Be a tourist in your own city and visit one of the Cleveland script signs for a great family photo op.
