Are you ready to quit smoking? Freedom From Smoking® classes provide the motivation, encouragement and support needed to stop smoking for good. These classes—available online and in-person—are free and open to all adults ages 18+.

For more than 20 years, we have helped people just like you quit smoking for good. Our free community-based classes follow the American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking® program. At the in-person program, MetroHealth provides medication (patches and gum) with counseling to increase your chances of success. Parking is free and so is the program. For convenience, we also offer online classes.
