“Vbeam is a pulsed dye laser and is a proven treatment for a wide range of redness and pigment concerns. It delivers an intense but gentle burst of light on targeted areas of the skin, with a beautiful result,” Dr. Demidova said.

Vbeam is FDA-cleared and treats facial and leg vessels, redness, rosacea, age spots, sun spots, deep blue veins, wrinkles, and acne. Patients can expect minimal to some downtime, such as temporary darkening of spots and swelling, depending on condition of skin and areas treated. Skin is numbed before the procedure to reduce any discomfort.
