Informing Your Health, Keeping You Safe
Now more than ever, keeping your health in check is important.
MyChart is the simple, user-friendly tool that can keep you in touch with your doctor, whether you’re at home, on the road or at work. And there are lots of other helpful features, too. Here’s just a few:
Schedule and manage your appointments
You can book in-person, follow-up and Telehealth (telephone and video) visits, and even view details of past and upcoming appointments.
Connect with your provider with a video visit
Telehealth appointments provide easy access to get you the care you need, when you need it, without leaving your home.
eCheck-In before all visits
To make your visit even smoother, use MyChart to eCheck-In before your visit. After completing eCheck-In, let us know when you arrive if you have a visit at one of the MetroHealth clinics.
Fast Pass
Move up your visits if a time slot opens up in your doctor’s schedule.
Health Maintenance Reminders
This feature notifies you of upcoming appointments or procedures.
See test results quickly
No more waiting for a phone call or letter. See your test results as soon as they are made available to you.
Manage your family’s health care
With special access, you can talk to a provider on behalf of a family member or person you’re helping to care for.
Communicate with your doctor
Get quick answers to your medical questions without making a phone call or appointment.
Pay bills online
Make copays and pay your bills from home.
Renew prescriptions
Send requests for medication renewals without calling your provider.
